1. Who you are contracting with
LearnEAI is operated by LearnEAI, Inc., 711 Ferris Avenue Suite 103, Waxahachie, TX 75165. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean LearnEAI, Inc., and “you” means the parent or legal guardian who enrolls a student. Write to us at info@learneai.com.
These terms apply to learneai.com, to our online course and mentorship programs, and to our five-day summer camps at partner schools. By enrolling a student you accept them on your own behalf and on behalf of that student.
2. Who can enroll
Our programs are for students aged 12 to 18. A parent or legal guardian must complete the registration, accept these terms and pay. A student cannot enroll themselves.
You confirm that the information you give us is accurate, including your child’s age, medical needs, allergies and emergency contacts. Tell us as soon as anything changes. We rely on this information to keep your child safe.
3. What we provide
Summer camp: five consecutive days, Monday to Friday, at a partner school. Students work in a team of about five on a real problem from a local business, build a prototype with AI tools and hand their work over on Friday. A camp lead and team coaches supervise the week.
Course: an online, self-paced course with an AI guide inside the lessons, billed monthly.
Mentorship: a weekly 60-minute one-to-one session with a matched mentor plus messaging between sessions, enrolled in three-month blocks.
Your child’s results depend on their own work, their team and the response of real customers. The camp completion payment described below and the Houston first-sale money-back guarantee are specific commitments. Beyond those commitments, we do not promise a particular grade, admission, income or business outcome.
4. Fees and payment
Camp costs $5,000 for the week; the Houston camp at the Reese Center costs $4,995. The course costs $149 a month. Mentorship costs $1,250 a month, enrolled in three-month blocks. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes we are required to collect.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your account.
Every camp student who completes all five days and all program modules receives $500 from the business they worked for. A student who does not complete the week does not receive it. The payment is not wages and does not create employment.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Camp: you can cancel for any reason within 7 days of payment and receive a full refund, no questions asked. Write to us at info@learneai.com within those 7 days. We return the money by the method you paid with, normally within 10 business days.
After 7 days the camp fee is non-refundable except under the money-back guarantee in section 6, because we commit places, staff, space and a business partner for your child. If you need to move to a different camp week we will do what we can, subject to availability.
Course and mentorship: you can cancel at any time from your account. Your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-months.
If we cancel a camp week, or cannot run it, you choose between a full refund and a place in another week. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation you arrange around a camp.
6. Money-back guarantee
Students who complete all of the specified curriculum and attend all camp days will receive a money-back guarantee if they do not receive at least $500 from their first sale from their client.
This guarantee applies to the Houston camp at the Reese Center. If it applies, we refund the camp fee you paid for that child. Contact info@learneai.com with your booking details. The guarantee is separate from the seven-day cancellation policy in section 5 and does not require an additional purchase.
7. Conduct and removal
Students treat each other, the staff, the host school and the business partner with respect. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, violence, theft, damage to property, weapons, alcohol, drugs and vaping are not allowed. Students follow the host school’s rules while they are on its site.
If a student’s behavior puts anyone at risk, or repeatedly disrupts the week, we may send them home. We contact you first wherever the situation allows. Removal for conduct does not earn a refund, and it does not earn the $500 completion payment.
8. Supervision, health and emergencies
Camp runs from 9:00 to 15:30. We supervise your child between sign-in and sign-out and we release them only to the adults you name at registration. We are not responsible for your child before or after those times.
You authorize us to arrange emergency medical care if we cannot reach you and a delay would put your child at risk. You are responsible for the cost of that care. Our safety page sets out how we staff, train and run the week.
9. Photos and media
During camp we take photos and short clips so you can follow your child’s week in the parent portal and receive a media package on Friday. We ask for your consent at registration.
If you also allow it, we may use that material to describe our programs, for example on our website or in a school’s communication to families. You can withdraw that permission at any time by writing to us, and we will stop using the material going forward.
10. Your child’s work, and ours
Your child owns what they create. The prototype, the business, the writing and the designs are theirs to keep, show and develop.
The business partner receives the prototype the team built for them and may use it in their business. Teams agree this before they start.
Our lessons, materials, platform and brand remain ours. You may use them for your child’s own learning. You may not copy, resell or republish them, or use them to train a model.
11. Using the platform and AI tools
Accounts are personal. Keep the password private and tell us if you think someone else has it. Do not upload anything unlawful, do not try to break the platform, and do not use it to collect other people’s data.
Our lessons use AI tools. AI output can be wrong, biased or out of date, and students are taught to check it. Students must not enter other people’s personal information into these tools. Third-party tools carry their own terms, which apply alongside ours.
12. Liability
We provide our programs with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Beyond that, our total liability to you for any claim connected to a program is limited to the fees you paid us for that program. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or opportunity.
The host school is responsible for its own premises. Third-party services, such as payment processing and AI tools, are governed by their own terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of the State of Texas.
Talk to us first. Most problems are solved in a phone call or an email to info@learneai.com, and we answer within five business days.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your enrollment is the one published when you enrolled. If we make a material change we tell you by email before it takes effect.
